How long will it take to delivery?
Total delivery time is composed of two parts.
The first part is the processing time.This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and package them. Processing takes 1-2 days normally.
The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard Shipping Service(shipping normally takes 5-10 days), Pls Note ( Total weight of the order reach 21kg ,about 45 pcs jerseys in the order list. we ship by DHL or UPS.about 4-7 delivery days)
Why can't I choose my desired courier?
Due to difference circumstances in different countries at different time, we have to use our discretion in choosing our courier. All we need from our customers is the length of time in which they desire to receive their products, and we will choose the courier according to that requirement.

2.Dirty Jerseys ,and the dirty can't be cleaned

1.Size is smaller or larger for you. (if you don't know the size for you clearly,pls contact to us)

How to return a faulty items?
Please do not send faulty goods back without discussing with us.It is very hard for us to handle a package without any necessary order information.We will also give you some instructions for returning goods from your country to China.
A Refund will be given after the item is received back to the store. It must be returned within 3 days of receipt and in the same condition it was sent in. You must contact us before shipping any items back. We will not refund shipping costs and do not reimburse for shipping back to me
How to cancell an order strongly?
if can't get the packages,how to do?
1. if you supply us the right address,we send the package to wrong address,and you can't get the packages,
or the packages are sent back to us,we will resend the package to you.and you needn't paying anything.
2.you supply us the wrong address,if the packages are sent back to us,please show us the right address,
we resend the packages to you,but you need to pay for the shipping cost.
